These terms apply when you book an appointment with Trtmnt.Studios at 722 S Los Angeles St, Los Angeles, CA 90014, through trtmntstudios.com, by phone, or by text. Booking an appointment means you accept these terms.
Trtmnt.Studios is a private, appointment-only studio. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Appointments are booked for a specific barber, service, date and time. Please arrive on time — arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your appointment has to be shortened or rescheduled, and the cancellation policy below may apply.
Appointment times are Pacific Time (Los Angeles).
Cancellations and rescheduling are free with at least 24 hours' notice. Call or text (323) 527-4838 to cancel — this is the only way to cancel an appointment.
The calendar invitation you receive is a confirmation only. Declining it does not cancel your appointment.
No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged 50% of the booked service price.
Payment is due in person at the time of your appointment. We accept cash and Zelle only.
We do not take payments or card details through this website. Prices listed on the site are in US dollars.
Service prices and durations listed on the site are the current menu and may change from time to time; the price shown when you book applies to that appointment.
If you are unhappy with your cut, tell your barber before you leave the studio and we will do our best to make it right.
When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number and appointment details, and use them only to schedule and contact you about your appointment. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
By booking, you agree to receive appointment confirmations and reminders by email and calendar invitation.
Please let your barber know about any allergies, skin sensitivities or scalp conditions before your service. Trtmnt.Studios is not responsible for reactions to products or services when this information has not been shared.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Trtmnt.Studios' liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the price of that service.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its last-updated date.
