Privacy Policy

Trtmnt.Studios is a private, appointment-only barber studio at 722 S Los Angeles St, Los Angeles, CA 90014. This policy explains what information we collect through trtmntstudios.com and how we use it.

When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the barber you choose, the service and your appointment time.

We do not take payments online. Payment is cash or Zelle in person, so we never collect card or bank details on this site.

Staff accounts store a sign-in email and, if a barber connects one, access to their own Google Calendar.

Your details are used only to schedule your appointment, send you a calendar confirmation, and contact you about changes or cancellations.

We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing, and we do not send promotional messages.

Barbers may connect their Google Calendar. We use this access only to check when that barber is free and to add confirmed appointments to their calendar. We do not read event details beyond what is needed to show availability.

Trtmnt.Studios' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is never sold, used for advertising, shared with data brokers, or used to train AI models. A barber can disconnect at any time from their staff page or their Google account settings.

Only the studio owner and the barber you booked with can see your appointment. Information is stored securely with our hosting provider and Google Calendar.

Appointment records are kept as long as needed to run the studio. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

To see, correct or delete your information, email TRTMNTSTUDIOS@GMAIL.COM or call or text (323) 527-4838. California residents have these rights under the CCPA.

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page with a new date.
