Question 1

What is your no-show policy?

Accepted Answer

No-shows are charged 50% of the booked service price. Cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours ahead is always free, so please let me know as early as you can.

Question 2

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Call or text the studio at (323) 527-4838 — that's the only way to cancel. The calendar invitation you receive has no cancel button, and tapping "No" on it does not free up your appointment. Cancellations are accepted any time, but less than 24 hours before your appointment may be charged 50% of the service price.

Question 3

Do you take walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

Trtmnt.Studios is a private, appointment-only studio. I don't take walk-ins so I can give every client my full attention.

Question 4

Where are you located?

Accepted Answer

722 S Los Angeles St, Los Angeles, CA 90014 — in Downtown LA. Street parking and paid lots are available nearby.

Question 5

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash and Zelle only.

Question 6

How long does each service take?

Accepted Answer

Most cuts take 30–60 minutes depending on the service. Fades and beard work usually run closer to an hour so I can focus on the details.

Question 7

Do I need to book with a specific barber?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Trtmnt.Studios has two barbers — founder Erick Mojica and Danny. Pick who you'd like on the booking page; each barber has their own calendar.
